Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find the questions we most frequently get asked from our customers. If you can't seem to find what you're after then just give us a call to discuss any other queries you may have.
How long have you been established?
Complete Property Care has been established for 4 years, so we are a relatively new company but we are growing rapidly! Before this we were operating on the Greek island of Corfu where we lived there for 5 years and ran Complete Property Care where we cleaned holiday villas and provided the same service out there. However, our contractors have been in the building industry for over 18 years; this proves that they are all very experienced and skilled tradesmen.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured. We have a Public Liability Insurance which we can send you if necessary.
Do you work weekends?
If weekends are the only time that you can have someone come and look at your property, then yes we can provide a weekend appointment.
Will I have to wait in all day for a contractor?
No, we will provide you with an hours time slot when we are coming to provide you with a quote for the works that need doing. When we actually come to perform the works on the property, we will tell you what time we will be there and if you feel necessary then you can stay, however all our tradesmen are reliable and trustworthy to be in your property if you wanted to leave.
How big a job can you take on?
No job is too big or too small for us to take on.
What are the payment options?
You can pay either in cash, cheque, or bank transfer; whatever is easiest for you.
How do I book a quote?
You can visit our home page and fill out the 'Request a Quote' form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Or you can email us on email@example.com or pop us a phone call on 01494263906
Who answers the phone and replies to emails?
We have two fantastic girls in the office, Ronah and Riannah who answer the phones and reply to any email queries. However, they can give you the number of the contractor so you can keep in contact with the assigned contractor himself.
